Our Results

Goal setting for effective weight loss, starts with a reasonable goal of weight to lose and date to achieve it by.

After that, for each “weigh in” registered users losses or gains averaged into the goal. An example is if I want to lose 25 lbs. and I have 17 weeks to do it, the average amount a week is 1.5 lbs. A green thumbs up is shown if you exceed that goal.
